Fearless is proud to announce we’re an awardee on the State of Maryland’s Agile Digital Experience Product Transformation (ADEPT) contract vehicle, a new statewide mechanism for accelerating digital modernization across agencies.
With ADEPT in place, Maryland is creating a simpler, faster way for agencies to engage pre-approved partners and move mission-critical services into the future.
“With ADEPT, Maryland is building a foundation to meet people where they are. Whether they’re applying for benefits, renewing a license, or trying to get help for the first time, there is no wrong door in Maryland” says John Foster, Chief Delivery Officer at Fearless. “This isn’t about starting from scratch. It’s about creating flexible, user-centered digital services that reflect how government really works and how real people live. Every agency, every service, every resident should have a way in.”
A smarter way to deliver.
Maryland’s ADEPT contract was designed to remove friction from digital procurement. It allows agencies to source expert delivery teams for everything from targeted content improvements to full-stack application modernization.
By simplifying how modernization work is contracted, ADEPT enables faster starts, reduced risk, and more flexibility for agency leaders. It reflects a growing understanding that successful digital transformation is about platforms and people, outcomes, and real-world delivery.
Now, with ADEPT, state agencies can more easily tap Fearless to support:
- Agile digital delivery
- Modular modernization and shared platforms
- AI-assisted intake, eligibility, and triage
- Accessibility-first design and compliance
- Cross-functional team support and integration
Maryland has created a clear, forward-looking pathway for digital progress. With ADEPT, state agencies aren’t stuck waiting for multi-year procurements to improve critical systems. They can start now, with trusted partners and a flexible framework that supports real outcomes.
